NØRGE Kveik Pale Ale In this pale ale, Simcoe, Citra and Sabro hops are layered atop a grain bill laden with pillowy oats and fermented with Scandinavian kveik yeast. The resulting tropical, piña colada vibes culminate in a smooth, opaque, pale straw coloured beer that's low in carbonation, to round out the palate.
