For the Binkert Mainseidla Original, a bottom-fermented brewing method, only the finest aromatic hop varieties from the Schlitzer and Hersbruck hop-growing areas are used. It is the first beer from the Binkert brewery and has been brewed there in the Pilsner style since the brewery opened in 2012 by master brewer and beer sommelier Jörg Binkert. Through special selection and care, as well as the front wort hopping process, the typical pleasant hop flower of the Binkert Original is preserved right up to the Seidla. The original wort content is 11.9%. The alcohol content is 4.9% vol. The glass presents a glossy and clearly fillrated beer with a yellow color. 4.9% ABV
