We’ll always preach about how much we love a good 5% pale here at Polly’s, and we’ve been on an everlasting quest to hit that 5% mark whilst maintaining the flavour intensity and body of one of our bigger beers. With a hop bill of Citra, El Dorado, and our old dependable, Simcoe, all wrapped up in a hearty lashing of LA3, this mega-hopped monster is massive on suspension within the beer itself, resulting in a pale ale that drinks like it should be hitting the 6%+ mark.
