Thornbridge have revived the classic Union style cask beer, buying old equipment from Marstons brewery and upgrading it to the 21st Century. Brewed with Maris Otter and Crystal malts, giving a rounded sweetness alongside the British hops Goldings and North down. Light berry flavours, with a cedar wood bitter spiciness. 7% ABV
